SHREVEPORT, La. — Heard, McElroy & Vestal LLC has been ranked No. 173 on INSIDE Public Accounting’s 2026 list of the nation’s 500 largest accounting firms, improving five positions from its No. 178 ranking in 2025.
The annual IPA 500 ranks accounting firms based on net revenue using data submitted through the organization’s Practice Management Survey.
The latest ranking comes as the regional accounting and business advisory firm marks its 80th year in business.

According to INSIDE Public Accounting, the 2026 rankings reflect continued growth across the accounting profession, with firms reporting rising profits, expanded use of offshore talent and broader adoption of alternative pricing models.
