BOSSIER CITY, La. — The Bossier Chamber of Commerce will host Adam Knapp, CEO of Leaders for a Better Louisiana, as part of its Public Policy Series presented by Willis Knighton Health.
Knapp, who previously served as CEO of the Committee of 100 for Economic Development and as president and CEO of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber, is expected to share insights on state legislature and economic policy from a non-elected perspective. During his tenure in Baton Rouge, Knapp led efforts that produced significant economic development wins and policy reforms across the Capital Region.
Leaders for a Better Louisiana is a statewide, nonpartisan organization made up of business executives focused on advancing economic growth and policy reform.
The Public Policy Series connects Bossier Chamber members with policymakers and experts to provide updates on Louisiana’s government, policy changes, and fiscal priorities.
The series lineup includes:

- Oct. 27: State of Workforce & Economic Development with Secretary Susana Schowen and Tedra Cheatham, CEcD, Executive Director of LED FastStart
