BOSSIER CITY, LA – The Bossier Chamber of Commerce will present its third annual State of the Community Report on Thursday, November 14, at 11:30 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites in Bossier City.
The event, sponsored by organizations including Willis-Knighton Health, Barksdale Federal Credit Union, CHRISTUS Health System, and the Cyber Innovation Center, will focus on key sectors driving the local economy: transportation, energy, healthcare, and defense. Additionally, it will explore the region’s growing cyber and technology industry.
A panel discussion on energy will be a highlight of the event, featuring special guest Christopher Guith, Senior Vice President of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Global Energy Institute. Guith, an expert on energy and environmental policy, will share insights into how a diversified energy portfolio can support a reliable and secure future.
