SHREVEPORT, LA — My Community Cares (MCC), a program of Volunteers for Youth Justice, will host its January Neighborhood Team Meeting to introduce a new initiative aimed at supporting families and kinship caregivers.
The meeting provides a unique opportunity for residents of Cedar Grove and surrounding areas to learn about valuable resources and share their perspectives on strategies to strengthen families and empower the community.

About My Community Cares (MCC)
MCC, a program under Volunteers for Youth Justice (VYJ), focuses on providing resources, support, and advocacy to children, youth, and families in crisis. Collaborating with community partners, MCC addresses critical needs and works to create positive change in the 71106 and 71107 zip codes.
