In HGTV Magazine’s April 2021 issue, their recurring feature “Copy the Curb Appeal” focuses on four homes in Shreveport, LA. Three of those homes are located in the national award-winning community of Provenance in South Shreveport.
Provenance is pleased to have homes in our community recognized for their warmth, beauty and curb appeal. A welcoming, walkable traditional neighborhood development on the Southern Loop in Shreveport, Provenance is a National Gold winner of the Best in American Living Award (BALA) from the National Association of Home Builders.
As a member of the National Town Builders Association, Provenance Development is focused on creating a beautiful, walkable lifestyle community. Working with national award-winning architect Michael Watkins as our City Planner, Provenance is excited for its future expansion and is currently preparing for Phase II of its commercial development, including our new Town Center.
