SHREVEPORT, La. — Willis Knighton Quick Care will offer two drive-thru flu vaccination clinics in October for adults and children ages 3 and older.
The first clinic is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 10, from 9 a.m. to noon at Willis Knighton Quick Care Bossier. A second clinic will be held Saturday, Oct. 17, from 9 a.m. to noon at Willis Knighton Portico Center on Youree Drive.
Participants can receive vaccinations without leaving their vehicles. High-dose flu vaccine will be available for people ages 65 and older.
Flu shots will cost $40 for people without insurance coverage. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
Willis Knighton recommends preregistering at wkquickcare.com to speed up the process. Participants are also encouraged to wear loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the upper arm.
