BOSSIER CITY, La. — The Bossier Chamber of Commerce will host its fourth annual State of the Community Report on Nov. 6 at the Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites, where regional leaders will examine the performance and growth potential of four key sectors: healthcare, energy, transportation, and defense.
The report will provide updated data on each sector’s economic impact and explore strategies to strengthen and diversify Northwest Louisiana’s economy. Chamber leaders say the goal is to identify ways to expand the region’s industrial base and foster collaboration across complementary sectors.
Attendees will have access to new data-driven insights, panel discussions on regional development, and opportunities to connect with business and civic leaders. Registration includes lunch and a copy of the full report.
The event is supported by several sponsors, including presenting sponsor Willis-Knighton Health. Additional sponsors include Barksdale Federal Credit Union, CIC, Expand Energy, CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier Health System, Bonvenu Bank, and Brentwood Hospital.
The State of the Community Report aims to serve as both a benchmarking tool and a roadmap for future investment, focusing on how the region’s core assets can evolve to drive long-term economic resilience.
