SHREVEPORT, La. — Red River Bank has relocated its Market Street Banking Center in downtown Shreveport and opened a new facility for its Commercial and Private Banking teams as part of an expansion in the northwest Louisiana market.
The former Market Street Banking Center at 601 Market St. has moved to 401 Market St., Suite 100, in the American Tower. The bank also opened a new combined loan and deposit production office adjacent to its East Kings Banking Center at 1753 E. 70th St.
The previous Market Street location housed both retail banking operations and the bank’s Commercial and Private Banking teams. Bank executives said continued growth in the Shreveport market created a need for additional space, improved accessibility and separate facilities tailored to different client groups.
“When we began planning the relocation of our Market Street Banking Center, it became clear that our Commercial and Private Banking teams had outgrown the shared space,” President and CEO Blake Chatelain said in a statement. “These teams serve some of the region’s most complex financial needs, and they deserve a dedicated environment designed specifically for their clients and their work.”
The new commercial banking facility was designed to support client meetings, collaborative workspaces and future growth, according to the bank. The relocation of the retail banking center is also expected to improve customer flow and operational efficiency.
“Our investment in these new facilities reflects our long-standing commitment to Shreveport,” Shreveport Market President Katie Provenza said in a statement. “We’re proud to strengthen our presence here and to provide spaces that elevate the experience for every customer who walks through our doors.”
The relocated banking center and the new commercial and private banking office are both open and operational.
