SHREVEPORT, LA – Broadmoor LLC is calling on local subcontractors and trade partners to join the second phase of the Northwest Louisiana State Office Building project in Downtown Shreveport. The project aims to engage local businesses and promote participation from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) and Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) to foster community collaboration and economic growth.
Information Session Scheduled
To connect with potential partners, Broadmoor LLC will host an information session:

This session will provide an overview of the project, outline the scopes of work, and offer opportunities to engage with project leaders. Attendees are encouraged to bring a company capability statement to showcase their expertise.
Scope of Work Opportunities
Broadmoor is collecting budgetary pricing for the 50% construction documents due in December and seeks partners across a wide range of trades, including:
- Structural and Exterior Systems: Demolition, precast concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, waterproofing
- Interior Finishes: Carpentry, millwork, drywall, flooring, painting, doors, glass, and glazing
- Fire Protection and Safety: Fireproofing, firestopping, fire suppression
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing: Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and special systems
- Site Work and Landscaping: Earthwork, piling, site concrete, utilities, and landscaping
- Specialized Installations: Division 10 specialties, elevators
