BOSSIER CITY, LA — Bossier Parish Community College proudly announces that Justin Woods, Lead Advisor, has been elected to serve as the 2026–2028 Louisiana Liaison for NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising, Region 7.
In this statewide leadership role, Woods joins a distinguished network of academic advising professionals dedicated to advancing excellence in student support. As the Louisiana Liaison, he will represent advising practitioners across the state, serve on the NACADA Region 7 Steering Committee, and contribute to initiatives that promote student success, enhance professional development, and strengthen collaboration among advisors.
Woods’ election reflects his strong commitment to student centered advising, advisor development, and collaborative leadership. His contributions exemplify BPCC’s mission and embody the core values of the College’s Caring Campus initiative.
