SHREVEPORT/BOSSIER CITY, La. — The Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission elected its officers for the 2026-2027 term during its January 12 meeting, reappointing three members to leadership positions.
Joshua K. Williams, who represents the City of Shreveport and has served on the commission since 2021, was re-elected president for a second term.
“It is an honor to serve as president of the Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission for a second term,” Williams said. “The Port continues to play an important role in economic development in northwest Louisiana. The Port staff works every day to serve our current tenants and to attract new companies, creating new jobs and expanding our local tax base.”

Retired Judge Stephen V. Callaway was re-elected to a second term as vice president. Brian Crawford, who was appointed to the commission last year as a representative of the City of Bossier, was selected to serve as secretary-treasurer.
The 5,000-acre Port of Caddo-Bossier is located at the head of navigation on the Red River Waterway in northwest Louisiana. A multimodal transportation and distribution hub, the Port connects customers throughout the Ark-La-Tex region to domestic and international markets via the Mississippi River system and the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway.
