North Louisiana Online Résumé Drop-Off Event Connects Job Seekers with North Louisiana Companies

In an effort to support job seekers and facilitate connections between employers and potential employees, LED FastStart is hosting an online résumé drop-off event on Wednesday, May 1. The event offers individuals the opportunity to learn about prominent companies in north Louisiana and apply for available positions from the comfort of their own homes.

The online event, scheduled to run from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., provides a convenient platform for job seekers to explore job opportunities and interact with recruiters. Interested individuals can register in advance or join the event at any time during its duration. Attendees are encouraged to have a digital copy of their résumé ready for submission.

Participating companies represent diverse industries and are actively seeking candidates for various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Accountant, Buyer, Maintenance, Mechanics, Packaging, Assembly, Control Systems, Materials Manager, Repair Technician, Electronic Technicians, Manufacturing, Field Engineers, Procurement and Production Specialist, Material Handler, Welder, QAD Support Specialist, and IT Analyst Internship.

Among the companies featured in the event are Amazon Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) in Shreveport, BJ Energy in Bossier City, Entergy in Monroe, Lincoln Foodservice Equipment in Shreveport, Multipack Services in Shreveport, Prolec GE in Shreveport, and SLB in Shreveport. Collectively, these companies are looking to fill over 200 job openings in north Louisiana over the next three months.

Utilizing the Brazen online events platform, job seekers will have the opportunity to visit virtual booths hosted by each employer, where they can learn more about the companies, explore available positions, and submit their résumés.
