The AEP Foundation, acting on the recommendation of Southwestern Electric Power Company (SWEPCO), has granted $12,500 to the MLK Health Center & Pharmacy in recognition of its dedicated efforts to provide quality primary care, medication assistance, and wellness education to adults lacking adequate health insurance coverage. The grant will play a pivotal role in advancing the Healthy Families; Healthy Communities program, aiming to ensure access to equitable healthcare for medically vulnerable adults in northwest Louisiana.
