Willis Knighton Health cancer care team research has been selected for the cover of an upcoming issue of Cancers, a peer-reviewed oncology journal. They study was led by Yohan Walter, medical physicist, and Lane Rosen, MD, radiation oncologist.
The article is titled “Workflow Efficiency in Vaginal Cuff High Dose Rate Brachytherapy Using Artificial Intelligence-Based Organ Segmentation and Multi-Channel Cylinder Modeling.” It highlights Willis Knighton Cancer Center’s pioneering use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve workflow efficiency in high dose rate brachytherapy.
