As Sheriff of Bossier Parish, I would like to reaffirm the commitment of the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office to our ongoing mission of crime prevention and to ensure that our neighborhoods remain a safe place to live and raise a family.
There is some exciting news to share with you about an initiative that will help strengthen our mutual commitment to crime prevention. In order to build stronger bonds between concerned citizens, businesses, and elected Sheriffs, the Louisiana Sheriff’s Association offers yearly memberships into The Louisiana Sheriffs’ Honorary Membership Program (LSHMP). With a donation of $25 as an individual, or $35 for a family or business, you can enhance the resources available to our department, strengthen local law enforcement, and create lasting partnerships between you and your elected Sheriff. This program will help fund critical initiatives and improve the services we provide.
As your Sheriff, I have always believed that proactive measures in crime prevention are just as important as reactive responses. The Sheriff’s Office is dedicated to working alongside each of you to create a community that is not only safe but also resilient in the face of challenges. I understand that the foundation of a strong, vibrant community is built on trust, collaboration, and a shared responsibility to protect our families. Whether it’s keeping an eye on your neighbor’s property, reporting suspicious activity, or simply having open conversations about how to improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods, each of us plays an essential role in preventing crime and ensuring safety.
