BIZ Magazine is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Best Places to Work awards, which recognize employers that create strong workplace cultures, invest in their employees, and make Northwest Louisiana a better place to live and work.
Businesses, nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and other employers may be nominated for the program. Employees are encouraged to nominate their own workplaces, and community members may recognize organizations they believe deserve consideration.
The Best Places to Work program shines a spotlight on employers that lead, empower, and appreciate their teams. A nomination is an opportunity to recognize organizations that prioritize employee well-being, professional growth, workplace culture, and service to their communities.
“Northern Louisiana is home to outstanding employers that understand the value of their people,” said David Specht, publisher of BIZ Magazine. “This program gives employees and community members an opportunity to recognize the workplaces that are getting it right.”
Nominations will remain open through Friday, September 11, 2026.
Submitting a nomination takes only a few minutes. Nominees will be considered for recognition in BIZ Magazine’s 2026 Best Places to Work program.
