BATON ROUGE, LA – Governor Jeff Landry’s administration has announced a partnership between the Governor’s Fiscal Responsibility Program and the Louisiana Legislative Auditor (LLA) to improve government efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
The collaboration, led by Fiscal Responsibility Czar Steve Orlando, is part of the administration’s broader efforts to ensure that Louisiana’s government operates effectively while maximizing taxpayer dollars. The LLA, an independent oversight body, will play a key role in analyzing government spending and identifying areas for improvement, while continuing its legally mandated audit and accountability functions.
