Tiffany Sandifer, Director of Student Life at Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC), has been appointed to serve on the Advisory Board for the Greater Shreveport Leadership Program. Sandifer, a graduate of the program’s 2025 class, distinguished herself through exceptional leadership and service. During her participation, she served as project chair for the group’s community betterment project, which benefited the Providence House by successfully raising more than $11,000 in support of the organization.

Sandifer will serve in the role of Junior Coordinator, a position selected based on demonstrated leadership, level of engagement, and enthusiasm for building a stronger community. Through this role, she will work closely with the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce over the next three years, providing support at multiple levels of the program’s operations and leadership development efforts.
“Tiffany exemplifies the standards of leadership excellence, service, and community engagement we strive to cultivate at BPCC” said Dr. Teresa A. Jones, Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Student Services.
“I am honored to contribute to the mission of the Greater Shreveport Leadership Program and building strong, informed, and engaged leaders for our region,” Sandifer said. “This program had a powerful impact on my professional growth, and I’m excited to give back in a such a meaningful way.”
Her appointment reflects both her dedication to community engagement and BPCC’s continued commitment to leadership development and regional partnership.
