Bossier City, LA — The Bossier Chamber of Commerce is once again stepping up to support education in the community by hosting its annual Pack the Bus School Supply Drive to benefit students in Bossier Parish public schools.
The donation drive will take place on Thursday, July 31, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Walmart Supercenter on Airline Drive in Bossier City. Businesses and community members are encouraged to stop by and help fill the bus with essential school supplies that will go directly to local students in need.
The event is for drop-off donations only—no supplies will be distributed on-site.
For more than a decade, the Bossier Chamber has welcomed new teachers and, since 2019, has organized targeted school supply drives in partnership with the local business community. These efforts are a testament to the Chamber’s ongoing commitment to supporting Bossier Parish Schools and the students they serve.
