SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER, La. — 318 Restaurant Week will return March 1-7, marking its 10th anniversary with more than 50 locally owned restaurants across Caddo and Bossier parishes offering special dining deals and exclusive experiences, according to organizers .
The weeklong event, organized by Visit Shreveport-Bossier, features discounted dining deals or exclusive menu items priced at $10, $15, $20 or $25. Participating restaurants will also host nightly ticketed dining experiences designed to highlight the region’s culinary diversity .
“Over the past decade, 318 Restaurant Week has grown into a signature celebration of Shreveport-Bossier’s culinary identity,” said Stacy Brown, President and CEO of Visit Shreveport-Bossier. “What makes 318 Restaurant Week so exciting is the sense of discovery. It gives participants the opportunity to try something new, meet the people behind the flavors, and experience the creativity that defines our local restaurants. This week truly showcases the depth and diversity of our food scene while supporting the locally operated businesses that help drive our visitor economy” .
In addition to prix-fixe deals, organizers will offer daily giveaways to commemorate the 10-year milestone, including gift cards and merchandise. Diners can download the event app to plan visits, check in at participating restaurants and share experiences on social media for a chance to win prizes .
The week’s featured ticketed events include hands-on cooking classes, chef-led dinners and themed culinary experiences.
On March 1, participants can attend a biscuit-making brunch class or a pizza workshop hosted by Flying Heart Brewing. March 2 features a head-to-head dining event between Chef Blake Jackson and Sous Chef Chelsea Girard-Smith. Other events include an eight-course Mediterranean dinner on March 3, a crawfish-focused cooking class on March 4, a Persian-inspired heart-healthy dining experience on March 5, a family-oriented cotton candy workshop on March 6 and a Champagne and barbecue brunch collaboration on March 7 .
More than 50 restaurants are participating, including Abby Singer’s Bistro, Bella Fresca, Copeland’s of New Orleans, Drago’s Seafood Restaurant, Flying Heart Brewing and Pub, Frank’s Pizza Napoletana, Kanpai Sushi, Papion’s Creole Bistreaux, Ragin Cajun Louisiana Kitchen and The Prime Rib, among others .
