The Bossier Chamber of Commerce proudly announces that President/CEO Lisa Johnson has been named among the 2026 Virginia K. Shehee Most Influential Woman honorees. Each year, this recognition celebrates a select group of women whose leadership, service, and influence have made a lasting impact on the Greater Shreveport community.

In her 20+ year tenure as President/CEO of the Bossier Chamber, Lisa’s leadership has led the Chamber to earning its 4-star and 5-star accreditation from the U.S. Chamber, an elite feat which only 3 percent of Chambers earn. Additionally, the Bossier Chamber has earned its Louisiana Chamber accreditation and won Louisiana Chamber of the Year twice. Under Lisa’s leadership, the Chamber has grown its membership, community presence, advocacy efforts and military relations.
“Being named an honoree for this year’s Most Influential Woman is a great honor,” said Lisa. “Our region has truly incredible women, and I’m beyond flattered to be included in this year’s batch of honorees. During my time at the Chamber, what I have enjoyed the absolute most about this job is building relationships with the community at every level.”
