SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER, La. — Visit Shreveport-Bossier has opened registration for the 10th annual 318 Restaurant Week, scheduled for March 1–7, 2026, marking a decade of the regional dining promotion.
The seven-day event highlights locally owned restaurants across Caddo and Bossier parishes. Participating restaurants are invited to offer a fixed-price deal or exclusive menu item priced at $10, $15, $20 or $25. In addition to standard offerings, an exclusive dining experience is planned for each night of the week.
“318 Restaurant Week is the perfect excuse to get out and enjoy local restaurants all week long,” said Stacy Brown, president and chief executive officer of Visit Shreveport-Bossier. “Food is a major part of who Shreveport-Bossier is, and it’s where our stories, creativity, and culture excite all five senses. This week is about celebrating that identity, meeting the people behind those stories and flavors, and experiencing the dishes that make Northwest Louisiana stand out from the rest.”
As part of participation, restaurants are asked to provide a gift card valued at the average customer spend per visit. Visit Shreveport-Bossier uses the gift cards throughout the year in promotional efforts, including media outreach, press tours, influencer visits and other tourism-related initiatives intended to drive traffic to participating establishments.
Registration for the 10th year of 318 Restaurant Week is available through Visit Shreveport-Bossier’s website.
