Shreveport seeks bids for $2.38 million roadway rehabilitation project
The City of Shreveport is seeking bids for nearly $2.38 million in asphalt roadway rehabilitation work.
The city has set a designer’s estimate of $2,375,747.20 for the 2026 Asphalt Roadway Rehab project, which includes asphalt pavement rehabilitation and related improvements.
Bids are due Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. and will be publicly opened shortly afterward at Government Plaza.
The project is among several infrastructure projects currently being solicited by the City of Shreveport.
Shreveport Regional Airport plans $1.2 million Hangar 40 generator replacement
The City of Shreveport is seeking bids for a $1.2 million project to replace the standby generator serving Hangar 40 at Shreveport Regional Airport.
The project calls for removal and disposal of the existing generator and installation of a new factory-assembled diesel engine-generator system, along with associated equipment, wiring and connections.
The project carries a designer’s estimate of $1.2 million and is expected to be completed within 308 calendar days of the notice to proceed.
Bids are due Sept. 3 at 2 p.m. The Hangar 40 generator replacement is listed among the city’s current solicitations.
Shreveport seeks operator for airport parking facilities
The City of Shreveport is accepting proposals for management of parking operations at Shreveport Regional Airport.
The city estimates the parking management contract at approximately $400,000 per year. A pre-proposal meeting was held Aug. 11 at the airport.
Proposals are due Sept. 10 at 3 p.m.

Shreveport seeks proposals for $300,000 transit hub signage project
The City of Shreveport is seeking proposals for new monument signage at three of the city’s public transportation facilities.
The project includes the design, creation and installation of monument signage at the West Shreveport Hub, Eastside Hub and Intermodal Terminal.
The city lists an estimated annual expenditure of $300,000 for the project. Proposals are due Aug. 27 at 3 p.m.
