Authentic North Louisiana Cuisine: Join Chef Hardette Harris on March 17 for the ‘About Us Up North’ Culinary Experience. Explore the flavors of North Louisiana with an immersive cooking demo led by Chef Harris, the creator of the official meal of North Louisiana.
