Citizens National Bank

Citizens National Bank started in 1985 at 2005 Benton Road in Bossier City, the only bank headquartered, managed, and operated in Bossier Parish. Since then, Citizens has opened more than 12 locations in Caddo, Bossier, Claiborne, Webster, and Orleans parishes. Citizens is constantly enhancing their culture to provide the best service for their employees and customers. Citizens’ goal is to be a bank that is sound, profitable, and always growing all while providing a personal banking experience for customers and engaging in the communities they serve. Community involvement is a large part of their success, as their branches are affiliated with local organizations such as Coats for Kids, Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission, Volunteers of America and Holy Angels. 

Coastal Urgent Care of Bossier

Coastal Urgent Care of Bossier is a convenient and affordable way for patients to seek help for medical problems requiring urgent attention. Their clinic has a central location on Airline Drive between Deen Point Road and Swan Lake Road. Their clinic and providers have strived for continual patient care and professional improvement. Coastal Urgent Care of Bossier’s goal is to treat patients as individuals, not a name or number on a list, and work to position urgent care as a reliable resource for patients. In addition to a wide range of services, they also offer same-day, on-site diagnostic services to accurately assess injuries or illnesses and effectively create a treatment plan. 

Haulage

Haulage is a start-up business, beginning operation in 2019 by providing local pick-up trucks to move residential cargo in the Shreveport-Bossier area and even recently expanding into the Dallas/Fort Worth market. They work on a scheduled/planned pick-up basis where customers can order, plan a date and time, then the pickup is assigned to a truck owner and takes it through the delivery process. Their mission is to service a growing customer need in residential cargo and getting items from the retail store to the customer’s home. They have doubled their revenue over the past year and were given the Seed Round Investment Capital award by BRF/EAP. Haulage currently sponsors a non-profit fitness and wellness organization for kids called Rebel Kids in Bossier.

Lisa Dilts State Farm

Lisa Dilts State Farm has proudly served the Haughton area since 2015 and added a second location in Benton in 2022. Lisa herself started her career with State Farm in 2006. She and her team help people personalize their insurance plans to properly protect their property while taking advantage of all discounts available to them. The Haughton office was recently recognized by State Farm Corporate as one of the top 7% of agencies in the country. Lisa contributes success to the support of the community as well as her team who go above and beyond for their customers. Lisa Dilts State Farm is truly a “Good Neighbor,” sponsoring organizations and causes in Haughton and Benton, such as Santa’s Helpers of Haughton and local schools. 

Live Oak Environmental

Live Oak Environmental was founded in 2015 in Bossier City and its leadership team has more than 70 years of combined experience in the waste service and trucking industries. The business has grown from two employees to over 125 active full-time employees in Northwest Louisiana, and over 150 employees in East Texas. Live Oak’s mission is to provide better, long-term environmental waste solutions to Shreveport-Bossier. Live Oak is invested in the community by hiring local residents and spending their dollars with local vendors. Live Oak gives back to the community through organizations such as Keep Bossier Beautiful, Filter of Hope, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, and local schools across the area. 

Tubbs Hardware & Cajun Gifts

Tubbs Hardware & Cajun Gifts set their roots in Bossier in 1922 and recently celebrated 100 years of service to the Shreveport-Bossier community. They stand strong as a family-owned business focused on top-rate customer service. Tubbs’ motto is to provide products that are built stronger to last longer, and then they back them up with parts and service. In 1979, their inventory grew to include lawnmowers, parts, services, Cajun gifts and even king cakes that have been shipped across the nation! Tubbs has expanded from their Bossier City location on Benton Road to open a second location in Benton. They are a mom-and-pop store that truly listens to the community and provides the products they want.
