Ochsner Health has been recognized as one of the top workplaces in the healthcare industry by Fortune magazine and Great Place To Work®, marking the first time the organization has been included in the prestigious 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care™ list. This accolade highlights Ochsner Health’s commitment to cultivating an exceptional workplace environment and a culture that prioritizes support, innovation, and inclusivity.

Ochsner Health was honored in the large company category, joining the ranks of the best companies to work for in the United States. The selection was based on an extensive analysis of survey responses from over 185,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ healthcare organizations.
