Bossier Parish Schools

Out of an abundance of caution, all Bossier schools and centers will remain CLOSED on Thursday, January 18. After a thorough assessment of road conditions, we are concerned about travel during the morning hours. Though thawing has occurred in much of the city, that is not the case in rural areas.

We appreciate your understanding and will provide an update tomorrow afternoon regarding plans to reopen our schools on Friday.

*Please note the Meet and Greet reception for Superintendent Jason Rowland and the 2024 BPSB officers will still be held at 5 p.m. as well as the regular session of the Bossier Parish School Board at 6 p.m. Both will be at the Bossier Instructional Center, 2719 Airline Drive in Bossier.
