In a significant move towards enhancing Louisiana’s transportation and education sectors, Governor-elect Jeff Landry has unveiled key appointments to crucial positions. Terrence (Joe) Donahue, Jr. is set to take on the role of Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), while Judy Armstrong, Simone Champagne, and Conrad Apple have been appointed as members of the Louisiana State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE).
