BATON ROUGE – LSU Executive Education will offer a six-part Workplace Effectiveness Series beginning on May 10, 2023, from 9-11 a.m. at LSU’s Business Education Complex. The first seminar, “Creating and Fostering a Morale Building Organizational Culture,” will be taught by Rucks Department of Management Distinguished Instructor Kerry Sauley.
Effective workplaces recognize that employees are an organization’s greatest resource and have the potential to make a critical difference in the organization’s ability to achieve its goals and thrive. To be truly effective, a workplace must have practices, policies, initiatives, programs, and a culture that benefits both the organization and its employees. Effective workplaces are also associated with higher employee engagement, productivity, satisfaction, creativity, collaboration, adaptability, innovation, and retention.
This six-part learning series will provide participants with a full toolbox to:
- create and foster a morale-building culture
- build trust in the workplace
- encourage positivity and foster motivation in the workplace
- maximize the success of your employee onboarding process and new hire orientation
- future proof your organization with a talent pipeline
- neutralize toxic employees by fostering respect and civility in the workplace
The deadline to register for the first seminar is May 5, 2023, and the registration fee is $140/participant. Completion of all six learning seminars will lead to a Workplace Effectiveness Certificate issued by LSU Executive Education. To register click here.
