Bossier City Farmers Market opens April 1, runs every Saturday through November

The 2023 Bossier City Farmers Market opens Saturday April 1 and runs every single Saturday thru November from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the south parking lot of Pierre Bossier Mall, 2950 E. Texas St.

With more than 75 vendors weekly, this local market is loaded with local food, vegetables, fruits, handmade goods and more.

Items include:

  • veggies and fruits,
  • food trucks,
  • jellies, jams, salsa, honey,
  • baked goods,
  • pickles,
  • cajun cuisine,
  • fresh squeezed lemonade,
  • BBQ,
  • peppers,
  • plants,
  • tamales,
  • gulf shrimp,
  • real fruit smoothies and fresh squeezed juice,
  • southern comfort foods,
  • handmade goods and soap,
  • crafts,
  • art,
  • leather/woodwork,
  • kids activities,
  • free live music

New for this year include an indoor customer seating area inside the mall. More vendors are joining weekly and there is something for the entire family. The market is also pet-friendly.
