Shreveport to host Financial Impact Analysis presentation Monday

The City of Shreveport and Downtown Shreveport Development Corporation will host a Fiscal Impact Analysis Presentation with Joe Minicozzi from Urban 3 Monday at 6:30 p.m. at LSU Shreveport University Center Theater.

The analysis will:

• Estimate public revenues and expenditures associated with current and future land use decisions within the City of Shreveport
• Illustrate the impact of various development types on the City’s long term municipal finances
• Outline the cost of growth and long-term obligations to create a healthy, sustainable fiscal future for our community.
