SHREVEPORT-BOSSIER, LA – The Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau compiled a list of new restaurants, attractions, and experiences that visitors and residents can take advantage of. Whether you want to experiment with a different meal or tour a pop-up museum, here’s a few new things to do, eat, and explore in Shreveport-Bossier:

Fat Calf Brasserie Announced All-New Brunch Menu and Restaurant Hours

3030 Creswell Avenue in Shreveport

On March 14, Fat Calf Brasserie announced that their Saturday lunch menu will transition into a brunch menu beginning Saturday, March 27. The menu consists of deviled eggs, beignets, omelets, eggs Benedict, desserts, cocktails and more. Guests can enjoy a French-inspired brunch by dining indoors, on the patio or in the garden area. Fat Calf Brasserie is now open Tuesday-Friday, 4 p.m.-9 p.m., and on Saturday, 11 a.m.-2p.m., and 4 p.m.-9 p.m. Live music will take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Flames Mediterranean Restaurant Opens in Ashley Ridge Center

Located in the former Zocolo’s restaurant, Flames Mediterranean Restaurant has expanded and refurbished the building to welcome Mediterranean flavors to the area in a family-friendly, upscale atmosphere. The menu consists of everything from authentic Mediterranean dip samplers and gourmet rice to Persian specialties and hefty entrees, and more. This affordable restaurant offers versatile dining opportunities including a bar, patio, private party room, and intimate dining sections. Downtown Shreveport Welcomes the New Black Girl Magic Pop-Up Museum

The Black Girl Magic Museum is an interactive, educational pop-up exhibit located inside The Standard Loft Apartments in downtown Shreveport. It features colorful murals, Instagrammable backgrounds, abstract artwork, and more from local and regional artists. The Black Girl Magic Museum is open now through July 30 on Thursday, 3p.m.-8 p.m., Friday, 12 p.m.-8p.m., Saturday, 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Tickets are $15-$25. Enter the Logan Mansion with New Prohibition Club Membership

725 Austin Place in downtown Shreveport

Gain exclusive access to one of the last remaining Queen Anne Victorian Mansions in Shreveport with a private club membership that includes lunch and libations at the historic Logan Mansion in downtown Shreveport. This all-inclusive membership grants members entry into the mansion for a private lunch or happy hour by using a password and secret entrance.
