Air Force Global Strike Command to hold Women’s Leadership Symposium

Air Force Global Strike Command will host a virtual Women’s Leadership Symposium Sept. 1 – 2, from 7:00 a.m. until 4:15 p.m.

The symposium focuses on fostering inclusiveness and diversity within the command, in order to attract and retain Airmen across the Air Force. Open dialogue is vital to helping our members understand and support each other. When individuals reach out to each other and engage challenges, whether professional or personal, it helps everyone know they are valued as an individual in the organization, and this inclusion supports them being focused on the mission.

Virtual attendees from across the command’s eight air force bases and two numbered Air Forces will have the opportunity to participate in interactive breakout sessions and panels which will provide Airmen valuable perspectives and leadership approaches.
