U.S. Representative Mike Johnson (LA-04), a member of President Trump’s Task Force for Reopening America, announced that Vivian Airport is receiving over $200,000 provided by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The grant will go towards removing obstructions to meet the FAA standards for a general aviation airport.

“Safety is the first priority for every airport and pilot, and our local facilities work hard to maintain all standards set by the FAA. I’m pleased to announce that Vivian Airport is receiving the funds they need to remove obstructions and remain in full compliance.”
