Local Business News: Ralph & Kacoo’s reopens with patio seating

by BIZ Magazine

Ralph & Kacoo’s Bossier City returns with all-new patio seating, as well as plans to reintroduce their full menu this week. After closing their doors to customers and nearly laying off their entire staff due to COVID-19, the restaurant plans to make a communal comeback by considering long-term patio dining space and internal restorations. With the current patio seating arrangement, the restaurant can seat 10 tables with up to eight people per table.

“It feels great to be back after a long period of uncertainty,” said Cezar Carroll, general manager of Ralph and Kacoo’s Bossier City. “This break gave us an opportunity to refresh, regroup, and renovate the restaurant so that we can make sure everyone returns to a safe and pleasant environment to have a nice meal, especially while the weather is so nice.”

Ralph and Kacoo’s is currently offering a limited menu that includes $10 specials, such as fish and shrimp combos, chicken sandwiches, burgers, salads and more, as well as bottled wine and family meal packs to-go. On Wednesday, May 13, the restaurant plans to revive their full menu for all customers to enjoy.

“We’re currently operating with about 20 percent of our staff, but we’ve all returned with new attitudes and hopes to welcome everyone back when they feel most comfortable,” said Carroll.

Ralph & Kacoo’s is located at 1700 Old Minden Road in Bossier City. They are open every day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for patio dining, curbside pick-up, and WAITR delivery service.
