Morris Warner Joins Ochsner LSU Health as Regional Supply Chain Director

Ochsner LSU Health announces the appointment of Morris Warner as the system’s new Regional Supply Chain Director. Previously, Warner served as Interim Operations Manager over Distribution and Logistics for Stanford Health Care in California. He has more than 20 years of experience leading material management, including ten years as a Materials Supply Sergeant for the United States Army.


Leslie Oakes Joins Ochsner LSU Health as Director of Clinic Operations

Leslie Oakes was recently appointed as Ochsner LSU Health’s Director of Clinic Operations, serving as the system’s Service Line Lead over Primary Care and Urgent Care. Previously, Oakes served as the COO of Velocity Urgent Care. She also brings experience managing several clinics for Willis-Knighton Health System and six years as a Financial Advisor specializing in Business Management. Oakes holds a Master of Healthcare Administration.


Chris Mangin Joins Ochsner LSU Health as Vice President of Operations

Chris Mangin has joined Ochsner LSU Health as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing all operations for the system. Mangin brings over a decade of senior leadership experience from Willis-Knighton Health System, most recently serving as their Senior Vice President. He holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Louisiana State University – Shreveport and a Master of Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
