The mystery about the building at 1761 Spring St., located across from the Juvenile Court, is revealed — on Sept. 19, Conterra Ultra Broadband, LLC will host a Grand Opening at 2800 Youree Dr., Ste 105, to celebrate the opening of its new local Sales Office.

Conterra already leases a building on Spring Street, which represents Conterra’s local Central Office, where it securely stores data equipment and servers and provides third party colocation services. This new local sales office will support high-speed broadband services provided over its state-of-the-art, fiber optics network.

Attending the event at Conterra’s new Sales Office will be corporate and local company officials, including Craig Gunderson, President and CEO; Adrian Garcia, VP of Enterprise Sales-Marketing; Lyle Parratt, Area Sales Manager; Shane Turley, EVP-General Counsel; and members of Conterra’s local sales and operations teams.  Representing the City of Shreveport will be Chief Technology Officer, Keith Hanson.  The event will feature a display showing how Conterra connects fiber optics at a customer location.  The local sales and operations teams will be happy to answer questions about Conterra’s Internet, voice, and high-speed broadband services.  Snacks and snow-cones will be offered to attendees.
