Red River Bancshares, Inc. files registration statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering 

Alexandria, Louisiana — Red River Bancshares, Inc. (“the Company”), a holding company that operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Red River Bank, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) for a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock.

A portion of the shares will be issued and sold by the Company and a portion will be sold by certain shareholders of the Company. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The Company has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “RRBI.”
