Demaree & Pedesclaux Consultants have partnered with Gateway Development Consortium, GDC, to provide community relations services on its billion-dollar Cross Bayou Point development project in downtown Shreveport.

A former CEO of the YWCA of NW Louisiana and President of RPJ Diversity Consultants, Roxann Pedesclaux Johnson offers cultural sensitivity training, leadership professional development, and conflict resolution. She is one of Shreveport’s prominent professionals and philanthropists.

Deborah Demaree Allen holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and is a former executive director in the nonprofit sector. She specializes in resource development, change management, program design and facilitation and is one of the city’s preeminent social advocates.

Both have been recognized locally, statewide, and nationally for their outstanding contributions to numerous civic and social groups.

“We are pleased to have Demaree & Pedesclaux on board,” said Paul Pratt, GDC Partner. “Cross Bayou is a precious asset that belongs to the entire city and GDC is committed to full transparency. We think it is crucial to go into the neighborhoods and speak directly to and hear from the citizens and ask for their support. Demaree & Pedesclaux brings the experience and relationships to the table to lead us in this effort.”
