Innovative Office Systems, a Bossier City-based company, is celebrating its 18th year in business on Friday.
Innovative is a direct dealer for Kyocera, Lanier, Canon, KIP and Intec copy solutions, as well as an FP mail solutions dealer. The company is a full-service provider, offering maintenance, toner replacement, rentals and training for any model of copier, not just their main product lines.
The company was purchased in 2001 by the current owners: Greg Whittington, Walt Bigby, Jr. and Tim Harms. Starting with only 5 employees, Innovative has grown to a workforce of more than 45, covering all of Louisiana, East Texas and South Arkansas.
“It’s been a priority for us from day one to provide great customer service,” said owner Greg Whittington. “That service is what has kept us growing for the last 18 years.”
“Innovative has a lot of moving parts,” said owner Walt Bigby, Jr. “It’s a tribute to our loyal employees who keep the train on the tracks and our customers happy. I’m looking forward to another 18 years.”
“We really owe our success to the local business community, and the many loyal customers who’ve been with us throughout the years,” echoed owner Tim Harms.
