Ashley Perkins joined U. L. Coleman Companies, January22, 2019 as the Human Resources Manager for the company.
Ashley graduated from Louisiana Tech with a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2006. She was previously employed as the Human Resources Manager of the Ark-La-Tex division of Key Energy Services here in Shreveport. While there she handled employee relation issues, trained employees on new policies, and assisted in transitioning employees during company acquisitions, just to name of few of her responsibilities.
