U. L. Coleman Companies has announced that Valerie Sterkx was recently promoted to Director of Administration.
Valerie joined the company in 2015 as Office Manager, with more than 30 years of managerial experience in office administration, human resources, and accounting and 5 years’ experience in outside sales.
In her expanded role, Valerie will lead and monitor operational processes and efficiencies, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources and administrative support throughout the organization.
Valerie brings a wealth of experience and energy to the company and we are excited about her new role as the Director of Administration.
