Workplace Politics, Bias, and Other Risk Management “Best Practices” will cover recent legal developments that affect employers of all sizes. Practical guidance will be given for decision makers on how to avoid being a #YouToo in the #MeToo era.
The program will be presented by Brian R. Carnie, Michael D. Lowe, and Ann Rene Hankins will discuss recent employment cases and new laws and EEOC developments, as well as the specific state law prohibitions as they related to political activities.
