In an analysis conducted by Best Companies Group, bank employees are surveyed extensively and a review of employer reports on benefits and policies is submitted for consideration.
To qualify, banks must have at least 50 employees working in the United States and must be a commercial or retail bank. The employer questionnaire captures information about workplace policies and practices. Employees of Citizens National Bank were also surveyed and asked to respond to statements on a 5-point agreement scale.
