Kean Miller LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffrey W. Price has joined the firm as senior counsel in the Shreveport office.
Jeff will practice in the business, regulatory, intellectual property and estate planning groups.
A highly experienced corporate, real estate, regulatory and M&A attorney, Jeff previously practiced as an in-house counsel with a large publicly traded midstream oil and gas company in Dallas, Texas as well as in private practice in Washington, D.C and Shreveport.
Jeff received his B.S., cum laude, from Louisiana Tech University in 2001. He earned his J.D. with honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in 2006.
