A native of Alexandria, La., Dr. Broadwell earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry at LSU in Baton Rouge. He earned his medical degree and completed an internship in internal medicine at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport.
Dr. Broadwell enjoys internal medicine because it offers the opportunity to care for adult patients throughout their lives. He and his partners accept new patients and most insurance plans.
