Home Federal Bank (“HFB”), announces the construction of its newest branch location in Shreveport’s historic South Highlands neighborhood.
On July 2, HFB will officially break ground in ceremonial fashion at 925 Pierremont Rd., directly across the street from the Pierremont Office Park. The new location will bring added convenience to the bank’s customer base in the historic South Highlands area.
At just over 3,000 square feet, this state of the art banking facility will provide full service banking to individuals and businesses. These services include consumer and commercial lending, mortgage loans, and all types of deposit accounts. As do other HFB locations, the new branch will include a 24-hour ATM, drive-through teller windows, onsite parking, and that same friendly customer service and local feel for which Home Federal Bank is known.
“It’s an exciting time for our bank,” said Jim Barlow, Home Federal Bank’s president and CEO. “We are absolutely delighted to have a branch in the heart of our hometown, and we look forward to serving our current and future customers in the South Highlands community.”
With construction beginning during the month of July, completion of HFB’s newest branch is expected in early 2019.
Home Federal Bank, the wholly owned subsidiary of Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana (NASDAQ: HFBL), conducts business from its six full-service banking offices and one commercial lending agency office in northwest Louisiana. Additional information is available at www.hfbla.com.
