Vintage Realty Company welcomes new commercial brokerage, leasing agents

Vintage Realty Company is proud to announce two additions to the Brokerage and Leasing Department – Associate Broker, Michael Berlin and Licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent Luke Nicholls.

Michael Berlin joined Vintage Realty Company as a licensed commercial real estate associate broker in March of 2018. Prior to Vintage, Michael was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial of Shreveport/Bossier City, Alliance Commercial Real Estate and Development where he was the Sponsoring Broker, and Stirling Properties.

Over his 12-year career Michael has been active in all facets of the commercial real estate industry. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of local, regional, and national clientele that include the sale/leasing of retail, office (general/medical), land, and industrial properties. He has also been involved in the disposition and acquisition of several investment properties that include land, office, and industrial properties.

Michael is a former Commercial Investment Division board member with the Northwest Louisiana Realtors Board and has received multiyear recognition from the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 program. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and is currently pursuing a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation with plans to earn an SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation as an Industrial Specialist.

Luke Nicholls also joined Vintage Realty in March. He is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent focusing on Multi-Family Brokerage and Development. He partners with John A. Hamilton to form a multi-family brokerage team that can provide a wide range of services to multi-family clients in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Arkansas.

Luke has been working in the commercial real estate market since 2014, and has experience in asset management, budgeting, real estate valuations, and brokerage.

Luke holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. In addition, Luke studied International economics, business relations, and business law in Luneburg, Germany at Leuphana Universitad.
