New regulations are taking effect concerning Qualified Retirement Plans and Fiduciary Responsibility.

Financial service providers will now be subject to the new Department of Labor rules and may now be a fiduciary of your retirement plan. Failure to follow these new regulations can trigger a prohibited transaction penalty for the service provider.

Many broker dealers have made dramatic changes in their operations to conform to the new regulations. The Department of Labor has issued new guidance for plan sponsors and their advisors.

Seminar outline materials will be provided and there will be a question and answer session with the speaker.

Refreshments will be provided and there will be complimentary parking available in the Hilton Parking Garage.

Seating is limited. Reserve your space by calling 318-797-2554 ext. 161 or emailing Reservations@Werntz.com.
