Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, announced independent brokerage Allen Realty SB and TeamLytle, a high-producing team from Century 21, have united and now operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ally Real Estate.

The combined company becomes the sixth-largest brokerage serving greater Shreveport based on sales volume. It is led by Broker/Owners Leighton Allen and Adam Lytle, respected and tenured professionals in the marketplace.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices remains one of America’s fastest-growing brokerage networks with nearly 44,000 agents and 1,325 offices named to the brand since its 2013 launch.

“We’ve been watching Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices grow nationwide and decided that the brand and its values are an ideal fit for our brokerage,” said Allen. “We’re proud to bring Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to Shreveport and surrounding markets.”

Lytle added: “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices provides us with a wide variety of new tools and resources that will help our team reach even higher levels of service and productivity. We’re excited to move forward with our new brand.”

With their transition, Ally Real Estate sales professionals gain access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Global Network Platform, a powerful tool suite focusing on lead generation, marketing support, social media, video production/distribution and more. The brand also provides national and international marketing support, professional education and the exclusive Luxury Collection marketing program for high-end listings.

Both brokers said Ally Real Estate will grow quickly in the months ahead. Their recruiting efforts are already underway. “We plan to double the size of our brokerage by the middle of 2018’s first quarter,” said Allen. “We’re looking for top agents and hard workers; we want to recruit professionals who love real estate and are excited about representing a stellar brand whose namesake is Berkshire Hathaway, one of the world’s most respected and trusted corporations.”

Ally Real Estate operates in the burgeoning East Bank District on the banks of the Red River, at 700 Ogilvie. The office complex is a jewel in downtown Bossier City’s ongoing revitalization project. “We’re pleased to call this facility our home,” said Lytle. “We think agents and clients alike will appreciate our new environment.”

All told, the future looks bright for Ally Real Estate. Greater Shreveport real estate is percolating, driven by a healthy, local economy fueled by energy, military, biomedical and other industries. The brokerage is well positioned to serve the region’s growing client base. “We’re dedicated to our clients and having fun in the process,” Lytle added.

Gino Blefari, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, welcomed Ally Real Estate to the network. “Leighton Allen and Adam Lytle have assembled a terrific company that’s poised to grow for years to come,” he said. “We’re eager to support the team every step of the way.”

Ally Real Estate will host an open house reception at its headquarters in January. The brokerage’s new Cabernet and White yard signs are now appearing in the marketplace.
